Omen of ClarityFollow

#1 Feb 19 2009 at 7:21 AM Rating: Decent
I have just started playing my Druid again, and I went to cast Omen of Clarity. It looks like this has now become a passive skill, and I no longer have to cast it. So, I have been watching for it to proc, but I have yet to see the Omen icon pop up. Am I missing something? Does the Omen icon even show up now when it procs? Thanks in advance.

You know I've honestly never watched for OOC to pro for an icon in my buffs. What I've always done is turned on blizzards scrolling text option and just clicked everything on. You can see it proc that way for sure.

I see it proc all the time with SCT, never paid attention to a buff icon.

Also the sound for the proc has been constant in the two years I have been wowing, and that is a pretty dead set give away if you ask me. Sounds like I just got hit in the head with a blue bauble that will grant me a free cast! Especially when I wear my headphones! You would be amazed at how much sound you miss when using speakers.
Happy Hunting, for procs

Yep, it's passive now, which is awesome. And it does make a buff icon appear on your screen (using Xperl addon, at least). This is the icon that will appear, and is called Clearcasting.

It won't pop up and say "Omen of Clarity" or show the little orb icon, instead it shows a Clearcasting buff when it procs. Looks kind of blue-ish. Still makes the trademark noise though.

I will watch out for the clearcasting icon. Thank you very much for the replies.

I saw it proc while I was leatherworking. I was excited that -maybe- it wouldn't use my materials up when I made my next item. I was a sad bear when it did.

Hahaha! I've had that same reaction the first time.

Though in retrospective, it'd be way OP. ;)
