I feel your pain. My dps set only contains about 4 other pieces I switch out, I haven't had to branch much for that yet. My healy set sits at about 1550 + heals unbuffed in tree. I don't have much of a boomkin set yet.

I'm still rocking blue chest and pants. Waiting on those Gored Hide Leggards from Gundrak.

The chest, I'll probably get something soon, either through emblems for the tier piece or finally get some decent melee leather to drop in Naxx.

EDIT: And blue gloves. >.< WTB Leather drops in Naxx!

Those blue gloves are very good.

Get new ones from OS. Not sure if there are many strong upgrades in Naxx-10. They have this one so watch for it but honestly the dice game of OS tier hands is the way to go.

Remember to at least try and keep 1 drake up every time. Even if you wipe like I usually do it is still good fun.

edit: the links are wonky

I'm part of a 10 man team (all guildies) that have been running Nax, and clearing it, for the last couple of weeks. We've started talking about doing 10 man OS and leaving one drake up. Not sure when we're going to do it though. I agree with Horsemouth run OS for the Tier gloves.

Well I logged out last night in my tank gear. After looking at it I realize that I need to swap some gems and enchants to improve my numbers. The pants are also part of my DPS set so as a LW I can swap the leg enchant as needed without any problems. Was using the glove with my DPS set until I got some that had a nice amount of Hit on them.

One thing I'm wondering about the tank set, should I gem for expertise and hit in proportion or stack exp first? I think of getting +AGL/+Hit gems for the yellow slots.

Heres my Armory. Hakana

I'd definitely go with Expertise first since it has twice the value and is some form of mitigation, at least until you negate Dodge. That said I'd still go for the Hit/Exp gems for yellow sockets (think they're orange).

You can afford to miss a few times until your DPSers get really geared and you start needing every bit of threat, especially in the first seconds of the fight.

Well it's the difference between Polar and Not at this point.

Spec'd the same as me when you're in tank mode, (thick hide, PotP, Natural Reaction)

Your Armor is higher than mine, your dodge is 2.5% ish lower than mine, your Stam is a little lower, your Attack power is lower and your crit is about the same.

Your Hit rating is quite a bit lower than mine and your Expertise rating is also lower.

Honestly, if you were to pick up the heroic chest from Nexus, the AC exalted boots, and the Trollwoven girdle, you'd most likely have better overall gear than I do. Those pants are definitely better than mine as I haven't gotten them to drop in 25's yet and the Gored Hide refuse to drop. You'd have to gem a little for expertise to make up what I have on those gloves, but a gem or two and the expertise enchant should do you well there.

You really want 6.5% expertise to push dodge off the chart, then hit till 8%. It's unrealistic to gem completely for these two, you should try and get them as much from gear and then enchants as you can.

I'm sitting at 7% expertise and 5.58% hit in the gear I currently have. At that point I rarely miss so I go mostly for Agility now on my upgrades.

So I jump online last night and Tadaaa... The Alliance actually won Wintergrasp. I get yelled at by of our guild raid healers that they have one spot left. I instantly say invite.

I jump in. I'm the only feral druid...

Of course Arch goes down like a sack of potatoes. The pug group's dps sucked, I'm in 5th place on the damage meter with 2.4k dps in my tank spec lol.

What drops you ask?

OMG I didn't even have to roll to win them

So anyway, I lost some hit off my Chain Gang Legs, but I added expertise. Now I'm over on Expertise so I hopefully will pick up the gloves and chest soon, since I have that buffer to be able to drop some expertise and still be at the soft cap.

I have a lot of badges and nothing to do with them. Do you guys think I should go for the t7 chest or gloves with badges? I haven't had either drop yet for me.

I do have a guild 10 man Naxx I'm MT'ing tonight and tomorrow so I'm gonna wait till after that run to decide, but what else could I even use my badges on? Besides maybe my resto offspec.

Is it even worth using the badges on the tier pieces considering what I'm working with now?

Lil help!

Congrats on the leggunds Galenmoon.

I pickup up the T7 Chest in Naxx last night so goodby Polar Vest. I know what you mean about not needing to roll. I had the exact same experience in VoA but got the T7.5 Chest (use it in my DPS gear). I now have both T7 chests and T7 gloves.

Yeah, I had the guild LW build me up the Polar Vest and Boots yesterday. I figure I'll pop +24 stam gems in every slot and use them to MT when my guild attempts it's next Sarth + attempt. They're still useful, just more situational.

EDIT: Thanks!

Just because I miss this thread. I got a bunch of new gear for my tank set, T7.5 legs, T7 chest and gloves and such. Check sig for armory.

Also, just wanted to show you guys me doing dps in my kitty gear with a kitty spec on Thaddius the other night.
First time for guild in 25's.

Galenmoon's DPS

I was doing 2.7k overall for the rest of the run, but in my defense, I did kite chow during gluth and offtank a boss during Horseman which killed my dps.

Woot. I love being a druid :P

EDIT: Holy FB Crit! lulz
