Hi guys!
I have a warrior. Tauren warrior, to be specific. She's levelling Fury to 80, at which point she'll be going prot to tank. I'm reasonably sure I can put together an adequate tanking set for starting instances with my blacksmith. But the weapon is perplexing me. Blacksmithing has no weapon that really screams "tank" to me.

Right now, I'm looking at the titansteel bonecrusher.

Is there another weapon that I should be looking at getting, that won't require me to run instances to get?
Sorry if I've missed a sticky addressing this.
Thanks!

This quide should help a bit: http://www.tankspot.com/forums/f97/40966-polar-s-easy-pre-naxx-tank-gear-list.html

I use at the moment this axe, seems to work pretty well for me.

Hope this helps.

Technically, you'd want to look for a fast weapon, not slow. Although, tankspot does state, "Don't be afraid to use a slow tanking weapon as a warrior - my personal experience is that threat isn't a problem at all at the moment, so going for the weapon with best defensive stats is a good plan."

Personally, I like a fast weapon than the slow. I'm still using the Hammer of Quiet Mourning until the Red Sword of Courage drops. It's decent enough, and you can easily get it from one quest in Zul'Drak.

But if you're planning to tank, and depending on your gear, the Bonecrusher might not give you the defense you need to start tanking things like heroics.
