two quick twinking questionsFollow

I suppose since i'm short on time at the moment i'm typing this i'll get straight to the questions.
1. What is the best BG spec if i want to MURDER all opposition? ...i'm thinking affliction but i'm not sure.
2. What would be the best proffesion combo to aid in my enemies demise? ....i'm thinking Engineering but i would need a 2nd, money not really a issue.
3. I'm askig for level 29 twink bracket
