I was browsing WoW Insider last night and came across the Lichborne articles. For those of you who don't know what it is, its a column written specifically for Death Knights. This week's column discusses Death Knight enchants, both for DPS and Tanking. They've got a gemming guide, a pre-heroic gear guide, and a heroic gear guide, tons of useful information. To be honest I do not find this a good resource. The guys gem choice and enchant choice is kinda poor in many slots. Let's take a few for example:
DPS Cloak
-He wants you to do threat reduction/sprit. When was the last time you pulled aggro? Heck I don't even usually come close in my gear when I have a fresh 80 tanking. Agility gives you crit and (only a tiny amount, but still) armor.
DPS Bracer
-You tell dps to get expertise gems, but don't mention expertise enchant? Granted, I go with AP, but it still should be an option if you really need it.
Tank Boots
-Hp5? really? I mean... really? Yeah when you're hit for 10k, that 4hp5 might save you wooooo.
That's just three examples... No, I strongly recommend AGAINST using this article. I give it a 3/10 and that's being generous.

The thing about WoWInsider is that you have to read it just like you read the posts on these forums.
You can't take what they say as gospel, you have to take it as advice, given possibly not by the most informed person on the subject.
Some of the bloggers are great and really know wtf they are talking about. Others...eh...
Either way, I scan through it a lot, it's a nice way to get some ideas on how other classes work and what their newest abilities are without reading through all their individual forums.
