Anubis, can u please make a new hit rating description for 3.08 patch :)

And make it noob-safe (type what chars/classes+spec that gives +hit)

EP = elemental precision
Misery = Shadow Priest
Imp Faerie Fire = Druid (boomkin)
AF = Arcane Focus (specifically for arcane mages)
