Anyone done the numbers SF vs Holy/Shadow?Follow

I leveled priest a while back, went Shadow and took her to level 50. The server was always full so I popped to another and became addicted to Retadin(75 now) and have a new Lock(23) so have not returned. I actually am going to remake a Priest on the new server because I want an Ally not a Horde priest(<3 Draenei).

But in this process, I noticed Holy Fire did a TON of damage. I was curious if anyone has "parsed"(do they have those in WoW?) the damage between going full Shadowform and using Shadow only vs using Shadow mixed with Holy Fires when CD was down. It's just hard to see the +15%(?) beating out the constant Holy Fires and ability to self cure.
Granted, I was level 50, so if there are new/major Shadow spells to aid in this, I'd love to know :) It just seems Holy Fire spanks Mind Blast in both damage AND mana cost, so I was curious how it all adds out :)

All I can give you is some testimonial data (and you take that as far as you can throw it) about the difference Shadow Form makes. At level 80, with approximately 1200 unbuffed, (~1650 with elixirs/food/5-man buffs) Mind Flay ticks for about 750 - 800 outside of Shadow Form. Mind Sear, ticks for about 850. Vampiric Touch hits for about the same as Mind Sear. Switch over to Shadow Form and MF hits for 950 - 1100, MS hits for ~1050 - 1100 and VT does the same. Mind Blast hists for ~2k w/o SF and starts pushing towards 3k (non crit) with it. MB crits for ~4500 w/o SF and between 5200 and 5600 with it. So, it makes a rather significant difference.

Oh, and the DoT that HF puts up? In my gear, hits for less than the difference between a SF/non-SF VT. And that adds up.

Edited to add:

The other key difference that Shadow Form (with Improved Shadow Form at level 46) adds is the reduction of the spell pushback. Instead of losing 1 (and possibly 2) ticks from MF while getting hit, Shadow Form helps insure that all 3 ticks come through. Very noticable when I drop SF in a group to land a needed heal and forget to go back into SF.

In a straight up dps duel, Shadowform wins out at all times. In a utility duel, where you toss out a renew at times, or something like that.. Well, then non-Shadowform would of course win out. But that's not your job as a Shadow Priest. You deal the pain, and that's it.

Thanks tons :) I actually only expect to solo to 80 so any holy use will likely end post SF then :)
Rate ups all around :D
