I'm not going to speak from experience as blood pvp because I never got the hang of it/think unholy is just plain better. So this may or may not pertain to the poster.
I would strongly consider the blood boil gylph. That 50% AE snare after a pestilence is just dirty. Its also plain dirty when chasing down a priest/paladin who burned freedom. They cant dispel it. Has won us countless matches to get to our 2k rating tonight.
I would run Oblit/BS/Blood boil gylph. 2 seconds on the AMS especially if your partner is a healer doesn't do it for me (im running with a prot pally even and dont find a need for the 2 seconds). When it was at a full 10 seconds, and not 7, I enjoyed it, but not now. 20% damage on all your attacks (oblit and HS) and that snare is just dirty.
So I can say from an Unh perspective, Gylph of Blood boil is the sh*t. It does mesh well converting to death runes, but I have to think it would be great for blood as well. 20k Ghoul sac heals should make up for 2 seconds of AMS.
My 2cp.
It's not worth it in an arena situation. In those, you're either going to be putting up CoI or you're going to have your partner snaring so you can put up IT instead.
And in BGs, it's not worth wasting a glyph slot.
Seriously, if you PvP and you don't have the AMS glyph, you're wasting a glyph slot. It's easily the best glyph that we can get in PvP.
After that, it's just up to you where you want your other two glyphs. I personally go with BS/IBF as Blood, and SS/IBF as Unholy.
