Latest Oddities:
• Cower bug seems to be gone (didn't happen all last night and did bunches of the stuff that usually triggered it.) So, not really odd but Yea! (Fingers crossed)
• My pet display 'disappears' even though pet is still out. I'll be hammering away at something and while the buff/affect icons on Morris remained, lost his picture, health bar and focus bar. If I mounted then dismounted, it would come back. A little disconcerting in a big fight I got in because I had to resort to another method to read his health. I'd rather have the Cower bug back!
• Ran across some odd aggro distance issues as well. It could be terrain but sometimes I could stand really close to a mob and not aggro them, other times they'd aggro from about 3 times the distance. Wierd. I'll watch that one closer to see if I can find any consistency.

I didn't get to play yesterday (Sunday) but the last time I played which was late Saturday night (midnight-ish central time) I still had the cower/prowl bug all the time.
Ok, well I played a little last night (Monday night) and cower never turned back on for me, but prowl was turning on much more often....even looting a mob made my cat go into prowl again about 3-4 times in a row, then nothing. So I'm going to go out on a limb and say its still bugged.

Ah, maybe so there. I have prowl on my pet bar so it's not affected by the bug. I'm always kicking it on or off or using it situationally so it's on my pet bar.
Cower is not and hasn't triggered back on for me yet. I'll continue to check on it.
What I'm curious about is if anyone else is losing their pet portrait frame. Mine just up and vanishes and I haven't been able to find out why yet.

I've had my pet bar disappear quite often lately. The portrait and health/focus bars stay up, but the action bar disappears inexplicably. I was doing the Ebon Blade dailies pretty frequently, so I'm not sure if it had anything to do with mounting the proto drake, because it seemed to bug after I dismounted.
No issues with aggro that I can remember though.

Cower bug gone for me as well.
Glyph of Mend Pet still broken (no happiness gain on Mend Pet) so I'm forced to continually kill stuff to get happiness through Bloodthirsty.

Still happens for me about every other time I dismount. And regarding the op about pet bar dissapearing. Yeah it happens to me as well. I just log and log back in. Have no clue about that. Doesn't happen all the time. Every once in awhile though.
I don't know what the original "cower bug" was, as I just started playing Hunter again; but...My pet's cower ability turns to auto cast when I change zones. (Zepplins, instances, what have you, anything that I get a loading screen for.) Kind of gets annoying because beforehand I didn't have it on my pet bar so I didn't notice until I was just pulling aggro off my pet all the time (In the 20s mind you...) and went in to my spellbook and noticed it was on autocast.
So now gimpy little cower is taking up a space on my pet bar, good thing nothing else needs to be there now. =X

My cat switched out cower with claw, it changes from on to off all the time now.
A little off topic i know but i have noticed other classes are getting some weird bugs as well , just for a change i decided to roll a Shammy and i have been getting totems pop up when i did not intend them to so its not only the weird stuff going on with Hunters.
Odd thing is my hunter low alt has had no problems with things turning on and off , at least i have not spotted them as yet ? , i have not checked my other hunter alt which was the one getting all the bugs with cower and stealth and that was with them in the pet bar , it seems odd though it is not every hunter that gets these bugs which i hope the tech guys figure out soon.

I definitely had the Cower bug yesterday (Sunday 8th). Not as frequently but several fights after mounting it was on again in the spellbook.
My worst problem at present in Northrend is pathing seems to have gone to blazes.
Pet gets stuck on a small wall or obstacle that I walk over and cannot follow. Then after the fight it pops up next to me. Happening in lots of places and not very welcome.

I also had the cower 'bug' back yesterday but it was only when I left Northrend. It didn't seem to do it when I changed zones in Northrend but I'll test it back and forth next time I log in since I'm at a zone border anyway.
As for the loss of the 'display', I actually lost both MY character display and my pet display once yesterday. I had to reload the UI to get them back. Mount/dismount didn't work. Wierd...
Aggro seems to have settled down but some mobs are still very twitchy. It seems to be more mob based than anything else.

Sloshot I think you might be confused about how to use "quotes"
I had a new one last night. I wanted to check how close my DPS in recount came to what the spreadsheet is telling me, so I hearth to Dalaran, and take the portal to IF. Run over to the boss dummy and fire away. Then I notice that Spot is only doing 65 DPS.....WTF??
Click on his DPS to get the breakdown of what the hell is happening, I was thinking Spot was missing alot as I am not hit capped. All I see is 'melee'. Pop open my pet spellbook and yep, claw and rake are both turned off. Now I am going to have to monitor that claw/rake/growl are turned on, and cowher/prowl is turned off.

Yeah I get the "disappearing pet display" quite a lot since yesterday (might be older though, since last time I played before that was Friday). It is quite annoying when it happens in the middle of a fight, and it happened rather frequently yesterday evening. The display indeed comes back after mounting/dismounting.
In the same topic, I also got the problem of having my whole UI disappearing at times, when I exited vehicles during some quests (and I mean "vehicles" and not "mounts"). The UI would come back upon entering/exiting the vehicle again...
