Oh Rogue of little knowledge!Follow

Just wanted to share with you all why I think alot of high levels do not deserve there toon. I was on my hunter running a northrend instance and I can't help but check other's gear ect.
Well I noticed this rogue had nothing but strength gear and one INT piece. No agi what so ever. I became curious while laughing on the inside. I asked him while we were planning the run why he was decked in str gear and not agi ect ect.

Couldn't help but write it down. He addressed that his build came from a forum that is no longer around. So I asked him what forums were they. He refused to say "It doesn't matter because its not around anymore". He said that build was the best spec for a raiding rogue. I'm not a level 80 rogue but I'm trying to figure out were he went wrong. Said Imp sinister strike was crap. He was in full greens. I wish I had written his name down so you could look at his armory. 3 of his pieces were INT based. I said "Rogues do not need any int gear" He said "BS it effects spirit that effects health regen". WTF! I just wanted to share this with all you experienced rogues. I'm not near the smartest rogue but I do know the basics and understand the talents now that I've read my azz off. Have any of you come accross situations like this?
