First off I would like to say that I have been playing a Mage pretty much from day one (Vanilla WoW). Hoewever with the release of WOTLK I levelled to 80 and then lost interested. I switched to my Shaman and levelled her so I could help out with healing duties in the Guild (I guess a few of us may have been there..). Anyway the guys in the guild guessed that my Mage was my only love and have thrown me a line to join the raids. Thing is is during TBC I was into everything Mage. I used to be on top of where all the best gear was, what a good raid spec was and basically what I needed to know to be the best I could given what I could do.
Now that has changed a bit. I feel a bit outdated and overwhelmed on what to do and where I should be. If you check me on the Armoury you might get an idea,

I just looking for a bit of help to nudge me in the right direction so I can get back on track.

To give you an idea. With the gear im wearing (less the wrists) I was around 2K DPS on Normal 10 man Patchwerk in Naxx.(And I know I need to enchant my shoulders, I only picked them up today).

This is my Raid / 5 man / 5 Man heroic spec. I dont PvP. TBH i'm not even sure why I went Frost it was just for a change.
