Have any of you noticed your traps disappearing in instances? This has happened to me twice now. First, in reg Nexus (hall of frozen people), then again last night in heroic UK. I drop freezing trap, aggro my target to me, and there's no trap. 5 seconds have elapsed between trap drop and target being in front of me. ??? Is it a bug or are my traps just going nuts? Help!
I have had this happen to me as well, except with Immo Trap in raids - trap clearly gets placed on the ground, trap cooldown fires, and then the trap vanishes without anything happening. I'm curious as to what causes this.
Have you checked the combat log?
When I've had this happen to me I'd always assumed it was just the trap being resisted, though I will admit I took it as normal and never bothered to check.

The first time it happened (in Nexus), I figured the first trap expired, waited for CD, put another down and watched it set. It went down and vanished. I didn't check on the last trap--I was too busy trying to kite and watching my party wipe spectacularly. :( I'll have to check the combat log next time, just in case.
