What Spec Should I Start With?Follow

Howdy,

What a tough choice? Maybe one of the hardest decisions to make in the game. I have always enjoyed the Fury Warrior Spec. I found it to be pretty easy to level up this way. One of the upsides is you get to equip two nice looking weapons at the higher levels. One of the downsides is you will want to get two really great weapons. For 50 skill points you can get Titans grip which will allow you to use two handed weapons with one hand. Now your rocking and rolling with TWO TWO-HANDED weapons! It puts out a lot of damage per second (DPS)! You're not as defensive, but what do expect from a bloodthirsty warrior!

Have fun and don't worry, for a little bit of gold you can respec and choose new skills.

What kind of warrior did you start out with?

Happy Hunting!

Howdy,

The protection build has been given some love as of late. As with many classes, the right gear can make protection real good right now.

Wish I could find a valid leveling build for protection. I keep thinking of the people telling me to level as arms. Out of the dps spec arms is awsome. But I want to tank. Level as one. Run instances as early as I can. Wouldn't know were to start on gear. I know of the bear is good for lower levels mixed with of the gorilla with a bit of agi to get those extra crits. I look at the prot tree and can't figure were to go lol. Funny huh. I'm a noob warrior. But love the warrior class. Don't care if I die 100 times. Here's my thoughts on a leveling build: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LVZhxgZiIzr0fdVdIzsGo No clue if its right.

I've gotten my Warrior to level 18 as prot so far...
I like it... But I'll switch to fury at 20 when I can dual-wield.
When we get dual specs, I'll stay fury mostly and go prot for tanking if needed.

I started out with fury and found myself dying too often, so I quickly decided it wasn't the right build for me. I've been prot since then and it's going well. I'm only level 29 in warrior and wouldn't be able to tell you where to start with gear, but I think I've found a decent talent spec for it.

My first warrior I leveled up from 1-80 as fury. On my new war I'm leveling up as prot (1-34) so far.
