What you should do is prowl, charge, pounce, shreed (twice) faerie fire (feral), (mangle if you have it) rake, claw, than rip if at high health (Then repeat mangle, rake, ect) or ferocious bite if at low health. That's how I pve

Also, if you're gonna necro post, at least come up with something better than what amounts to the watered down, ultra-simplified version of what every other post has said.

Not to mention his particular information is somewhat wrong given some of our recent changes; since the Rake change, I've found it grossly inefficient time-wise to prowl up on critters and pounce them; stuff dies as fast if not faster (both per-mob and over a group of 10-20) just by FFF pulling while running up, hitting Mangle-Rake-Mangle to 5 cp, and FB (or most times now SR since it's nearly dead just from Rake ticks lol).
Only time I prowl-pounce anymore is to get the jump on an elite so I can get a Rip tick running before switching to bear to burn it down.
