80 Mage needs advice dps Follow

I'm one of those with a DPS problem
Ok all right now I have all blues and one green.
Now I'm looking for some good advice to raise my DPS.
Im not raid ready but can I run a few heroics to gear up for it?

also, head to wow-loot.com and find what is possible for you to get from instances.

edit:

I see you fixed a few of the things (thank god you got rid of the agility enchant on the boots).

You didn't answer any of these thought that I asked:

"1) Your gear should not allow you to be in a 25man or even a 10man raid instance. Please gear up in 5mans or heroics first.

2) Frost is bad for raiding. Period, compared to Arcane, Fire, or Frostfire (again all covered in the mage section).

3) I looked at your talents... you are missing imp frostbolt. If you are a frostmage that should have been the first talent you should ever take. You are also missing artic winds (more damage).

4) What are your glyphs?

5) What spells were you using?

6) Which 25man were you trying to run?"
