The crit is almost 15% on holy spells, does this include disc spells? I've never been 100% sure.
Yes, it does. Basically, every spell that heals and can crit counts as holy when measuring crits.

I still think go for crit though either way. I've got mine to 18% on holy and just under 15% in general and it seems to have made a huge difference to how much my Divine Aegis kicks in. I don't see haste as being great to me as I mostly live on Penance and Power Word Shield with the odd flash heal and renew. I rarely use anything with a long cast time on so the crit is much better for my play style.
That's my reason as well. The only thing haste does in the end is speed up your casting speed. This is more useful to DPS because it allows them to throw more spells in the same time. It does help healers in one big way; that heal that would normally land 0,2 second too late will land with haste. It's just that imo that little advantage doesn't weigh up to having more Divine Aegis procs. On an average raid I have just one situation where say 10% haste would've caused a heal to land earlier and with that saved somebodies life. If at all. Crits that shield are *always* useful, regardless of when you get them.
That said, I'm not discarding haste. Raid healing as a disc priest basically means you'll be doing fast single target healing and that is one place where haste shines. And I'm not even going to start on PvP. In the end, it always comes back to what you feel would benefit you more, once you reach the point where you can at least call yourself a 'decent' healer.
