Not going to ask you whats hte bestestss build. I will no longer ask that. Will you do me a favor and critique a build for leveling as fire up to 60. Not asking were to put points at. Well I think fire is cool as hell. Loved fire mages since day one. First toon I tried was a fire mage. Then went to my hunter. I've posted some really dumb stuff and have gotten flamed for it. I deserve it. Now I'm just asking for your opinion and not GOD WERE DO I PUT MY POINTS LAWL! Does it matter between staffs and 1h. I have 2 options and I guess its what is better when it comes along. With 1h's I can put an orb in my offhand to add Int or what ever is available.
I've looked at anobix's build. Looks like FFB spec for raiding. I noticed at the beginning he did not have Imp FB. I'm slowly learning. :D Thanks to those who reply.

A few things:
Living bomb is pretty bad for soloing as most mobs don't live the 12 seconds for it to explode.
Fiery payback is a pretty bad talent as you should never hope to be below 35% hp.
I would grab pyro and blastwave
Burning soul is helpful for the pushback resistance and a bit less threat should you decide to run an instance.
Other than that looks fine.
Staves/1h doesn't matter -- just choose whatever gives you better stats.
Imp fireball does not benefit frostfire bolt (as you cast frostfire bolt and not fireball in that build).

Once I get FFB I'll change it. Respecs are cheap and have a main to fund. Are stats still the same for fire, INT,Spell Power and stamina. Hit rating at higher levels. One more things. Whats the spell rotation? I'm used to just spamming frost bolts over and over then nova blink strafe and finish with frost bolt. Yes I will be running instances. Any links to threads that will teach me how to play fire in group besides laying on heavy dps.

Once you get FFB, Pyro is a poor opener because it doesn't snare.
As for stats for soloing:
Spellpower/Crit
Haste
Int
Stam
In that order, IMO.
