I am going to start heroics this weekend and my problem is that I do not know the order in which to try them.
Could someone give me a quick list on the easiest to hardest?

I can't do the whole list, but Nexus is probably the easiest. UK and UP are pretty easy too. I would start with those three.
As for the hardest, HoL, HoS, and AN all have their little challenges. Occulus is not really hard per se, but it's a pain in the *** if people don't know what they're doing or don't communicate properly.
I'm not sure it's possible to make a comprehensive list, since difficulty often depends on group composition. But, as a priest, Nexus is a pretty good place to start, and to farm, since there are a couple of really nice drops from there.

Violet Hold is easy if you don't get the blueberry. If you do it can be horrible, especially if people don't know the encounter. But otherwise it's very quick and convenient.

Old Kingdom can be pretty tough as well, luckily there are a few tricks to downing the 1st and 3rd bosses that make em a bit easier. And while AN is also tough...it's alot easier with a Shaman in the group. The final boss has some serious poison damage that is easy to overcome with a poison totem in place. Also, Gundrak has been known to turn my hair grey IF the tank/dps are sub-par. Halls of Lightning still the toughest though. UK is easiest imo.
edit : Sorry bout that...I listed all the ones to avoid haha. You want to know easiest they've been listed pretty much :

For good measure I'll say CoT Culling of Strat....just cuz I've always enjoyed that one and I've never wiped it. Never beat the timer on it either however...

I haven't done them all yet, but I'd say HoL, Old Kingdom, and Azjol-Nerub are the hardest. Utgarde Keep and Nexus are probably the easiest ones.

UP is easy if you have a good group, stupidly tough if you have a bad one, you could say that of many heroics but I think it applies more to UP than any other Wrath instance.

I'd agree but both OK/AN have fights that favour specific classes, or rather not having them. Group make-up matters more to how easy they can be completed that other, I'm not saying that a bad group is going to have an easy time, they're not but the problems don't necessarily come about because any group members are poor; though of course it won't help ;)
Whereas with 5 people who all know what they're doing UP (and AN for that matter) can be completed in a very quick time, but the gauntlet in UP isn't group dependent rather it's keeping awake and aware for an extended period. Having to repeat that section wipe after wipe is more frustrating to me than AN or OK put together, from a time point of view at the very least having a poor group in UP is for me a bigger issue.
