I asked my guild if I was ready and was told for low level ones maybe.
Sry that I do not know how to link armory, but I will tell you my stats are.
Holy spec, per priest guide (Elitist jerk as well) but can change to 35/36 sey up for more 15% more int and 5% more stm,spirit and haste as well as at leat 80 more spell power. I would have to drop CoH, but I never use it anyway.
My current stats are:
Int, Stm and Spirit all over 700
15.8 K Stm
15.4 K mana
1725 Spell power (all self buffed)
700+ regen oo5sr
250 regen i5sr
.82 haste (I know it is low)
If these just get me into heroics what will I need for raiding?
My equip has greens, blues and purple so I have room for improvements. Except for rings and trinkets all of my gear in on the list from Dwarfpriest for being best in slot gear for Holy Priest.
Sry for the long post, but are these stats good for heroics, I can change some gems and enchants as well as spec to adjust some what if needed before I start them.

That looks good to go for heroics to me. I'd start with some of the easier ones and see how you do, in case you want to tweak elixirs/food/gems/enchants in one direction or another.

Personally, and this is pure opinion, I wouldn't do a Holy/IDS build anymore (although I used it for a long time in BC). The talents in the Holy tree work so well together now, and same for Disc, that I think committing purely to one tree tends to come out better than a hybrid build.

I was pugging H-Occ at around that level. You are ready for any heroics and almost ready for Naxx (get to 1900 SP). Perhaps your guild's DPS or their tanks are the ones only ready for low level heroics?
Thank you for the imput, I will stay Holy because that is what I am geared for(Spirit more than Int), and I prefer that healing style.
This weekend I will start to pug the lower level Heroics and make my adjustments as needed.
Hopefully I will be able to get a few upgrades as well :)
Because of my always changing work schedule I do not think that 10/25 man raids will be in my near future, so I just want to make sure that I can handle the up coming pugs. lol

I agree that you're absoutely fine for the vast majority of Heroics. If your tank and dps don't suck, you can pretty much do them all.
Actually... i think you can best any heroic/naxx10/VoA/Sarth... You can even try to pug into EoE :)
Another great way to check your readiness is to pay a visit to Be Imba!. That site will pull your character's data from the armory and give you a very nice report on your gear and what instances you are ready for.
