I decided to make a twink at level 49 so i dont have to be with DKs at level 59 and up. Can anyone sugest a good hunter build for a twink and some armor that i can look out for?
Why don't you want to be with DK's at level 59?

well apparentley so. that's all ive been heariing that Dk's destroy hunters...
I have no idea about twinks but do have a few suggestions that may help ?
Take up engineering for example for the attack pets and bombs ?
Also do a search here http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/itemlist.html?type=4.3 you will need to filter the results though.
I have no real idea on what else is needed for a good twink but at least i did try to answer your question even though i have no interest in twinks.

no biuld suggestions from me, as that's not my class/bracket twinky knowledge, but in the higher brackets the pvp gear (highlander's etc) is the way to go, IMO...

Engineering is handy, but gathering classes are just as good because of the HP and Crit buffs from mining/skinning.
Other than that, don't rule out Tailoring as a crafting profession. I have it on my 39 warrior, and it is just plain old fun to net people over and over. Not sure how good it'll be for you as a hunter, but they are fun.
