haste vs critFollow

I'm just wondering what is better for deep affliction. I know you want to get hit capped and spell damage is more important than both and you want to try and keep all your stats balanced etc. But if you have 2 pairs of boots and 1 has 50 haste and the other has 50 crit and all the other stats are the same which would be better.

As of right now I'm trying to get 2,000 damage, hit capped, 250 haste and 15% crit. I'm pretty close but wondering if I'd get more damage from switching my pure crit gear for haste gear or visa-versa.
