I was looking over the patch notes for 3.0.8 and it said that Wandering Plague will now properly reset after being cast..I'm probably really slow but what exactly does this mean?
I THINK wandering plague has an internal cooldown, and maybe the ICD was bugged or something? I don't honestly know for sure, but that's what I assumed. It doesn't really matter to me though, I'm dropping it from my spec come the patch.
