Hey all,
Is there any consumable out there that adds runic power other than Noth's Special Brew? Would be handy to have and I can't seem to find one.

You're rune starved? 
Wonder why you need more Rune power? Mine is maxxed virtually all the time in combat, and even when I start combat it gets there really fast.
I usually have plenty. Problem is, if someone jumps me with 0 rune power, I'd like to have a quick way of getting some.

Start hurting them, and you'll end up with RP to hurt them more. Most of our moves give us RP. IT+PS should give you enough RP to start dealin' the pain...
Yes, that's very true. And even while true, none of this has really answered my question. Is there a consumable of some type that allows me to get runic power other than Noth's Special Brew.
I haven't come across and don't know of any, other than Noth's from the starter quests.
I haven't seen any consumables other than Noth's, but with a Plague Strike and Icy Touch I've got enough to kick-start me, then I use Death & Decay which boosts Rune Power a bit more, as well as having its AoE. There's always Empower Rune Weapon, for 25 Runic Power, as well, albeit with a 5 min cooldown.
Anyway, from zero Runic Power to around 30% takes a few seconds, then after that I have so much Runic Power I don't know what to do with it!

I think what everyone is trying to say is ... There's no item / potion to instantly recover / boots runic power, simply because it's not really needed.
There is an item from the Oracles in Sholazar, the Oracle Talisman of Ablution, that will return 5% of your mana, rage, energy or runic power on killing a mob that will give you xp, but for a Death Knight this is all but useless. When I have killed a mob, my runic power is at 100% anyway, but for other classes I can see this being useful.
