Arcane PotencyFollow

Has anyone else noticed that Arcane Potency is consumed with the cast slow?
Has Blizz mentioned anything about this or is it supposed to happen?

Edit: talked to a GM.it's a known issue and will be fixed in the next patch (hopefully)
