Icy Veins in PVPFollow
I'm not sure how this really helps in a PVP situation. It's only 20% increase for 20 seconds. It hasn't really helped to get off spells much faster. At least not fast enough to save my life. On top of that you can't do much in 20 seconds. Am I missing something, or is it really not too worth it?
It also prevents pushback of spells.

And if you glyph it, it will remove movement and cast time slowing effects when triggered.
I'm kind of stupid, lmao. I was thinking the anti pushback was only for channeling. Thank you for your responses. I like the glyph tho.
It still isn't that helpful anyway unless you get someone frozen and can separate yourself or you're up against another caster. This is because any melee that is whacking on you will be dancing all around you trying to make your spell misfire by being behind you.
The glyph can be nice for pvp though.
That certainly isn't true though =D 20 seconds is an eternity in PvP for a Mage.

The whole reason I asked was 'cause I wanted to know if it would be sacrilege to not have it.
it is excellent in pvp and pve.
Also speeds up your global cooldowns so you can get 20% more instants off in that 20 second time frame. Great for burst as well, I usually pop it with my damage trinket and water elemental. I'd like to throw mirror image in there too, but they're just too unpredictable with sheeping the kill target or breaking your own CC.

Mirror Image is having a change where Polymorph is ow only castable from an 8 yard range. So in PvP if you're far away then it's excellent to use.
