Elemental Mastery+Lava Burst IdeaFollow

I been thinking for a while for PvP's sake Lava Burst Should be instant, but then I realized, this would quickly be put into an enhancement shaman's rotation and might even be too powerful for a resto shaman to release every so often then I thought hey Elemental Mastery is getting a PvE buff but why not make it so that it makes Lava Burst an instant cast spell during the duration?

With this it would mean elemental would be able to put out some decent damage while still on the move...

I doubt we would ever receive something like this for elemental but I think it would definitely help for pvp.
