What is currently the best addon for announcing that Shield slam/Revenge or whatever can be used??

I need something flashy with lots of bleeps and fire works on my screen cause my eyes bleed after spending 9h+ on PC

Ehm ...also I love that GUI from Tank spot Videos(anyone can link the download site ?)

there's a thead in the Tankspot forums for Ciderhelm's ui's...

i believe he also lists his UI's later on in that thread.
