Buff Foods, favorites?Follow

Hello all, I took a break for a little while, but I am back on my Deathknight. Anywho, I finally got his professions where I want them. Mining/skinning maxed at 450 and fishing/cooking both over 400 now. So I started doing the cooking dailies but can't decide on a recipe to buy with my awards. What buff food do you guys/gals like for a Bllod spec'ed DK? I am having trouble deciding between armor penetration/critical rating/straight AP/hit rating or expertise. I am not big into raiding on this character(although i do with my warlock), so my DK is mainly on dailies, running some small instances with friends. I fish a lot, so I am also thinking of selling excess for some coin. Any help?
