lockpicking past 375Follow

Plan on gearing and leveling up rogue in a few days after my hunter hits 80. I've noticed that there aren't any locked trunks in basically an instance I've run. Now granted I haven't run like occulus or any of the heroics, but from what i've seen it's just the random lock boxes. So how do I level up lockpicking? I'm hoping that as I pickpocket I'll pick up boxes that require me to open them otherwise the slow grind to lvl lockpicking off the random locked boxes that drop in instances/farming will truly suck.

then head to avalanch on the eastern border of sholozar basin, there is hundreds and hundreds of densely packed undead all PPable, stay stealthed and spam this macro as you go around, i got around 20 junkboxes on one circuit

im tempted to do some serious junkbox farming there since you can actually get Spineslicer http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43612 from those junkboxes a lvl 80 epic throwing weapon

Why not just go to Zangamarsh and unlock the wicker baskets found there? got mine up to 430 odd in no time, then continued with loot boxes.

Pickpocketing like others have said. I was never short of boxes to unlock while leveling. Currently 76 and have like 30 unlocked boxes in my bank. It comes naturally.
