Warlocks can't really be a tank, but a demonology spec with felguard can hold aggro. Not a tank, but they can solo almost anything in PvE.
If you're looking for a build to tank instances, it's not gonna happen.

If you want to AoE farm (which will require you to "tank"), get Siphon Life and stack spellpower (more life siphoned on more enemies = you don't die).
If you're going to "tank" an Elite, go Demo, Health Funnel and throw DoTs occasionally.
As a Warlock you should have high stamina anyways, so you're pretty much set...

from the sounds of things the OP is 1. retarded, 2. level 30-40 at best 3. probably just some rogue being an **** and playing with us. if you want a serious answer from me, provide more proof that your lock actually exists... and in terms of 'tanking' make sure you're level 80 first. I don't do low level specs, they're all the same and that is that you go afliction :P
