Abomination Might from the Blood tree, when fully talented, says that it should proc off 50% of Heartstrikes and 100% of Oblit. However, there is no way I'm getting this proc rate. Is there something wrong with this at the moment, or have I missed something.
Sorry if this has been covered, only just switched to Blood and did search, but nothing came up in google or here.

as far as i can tell now. however, if youre with an enh shammy or MM hunter with trueshot aura, those will override the aboms might buff as all three buffs serve the same function (10% raid wide AP increase). hunter TSA, if its available, will always override as its a constant buff that is never removed. UR and AM would be switching places based on whichever is refreshed most recently.
Every time I hit Obliterate I see Abomination's Might pop up. I can't definitely say HS has a 50% proc rate, but it feels like it. Even when I'm using Death Strike in my grinding/questing rotation I see AM up pretty much all the time.
Wouldn't AM still be up, even if not actually doing anything?

No, it works the same way with Horn of Winter and the shaman totem.
Totem always overrides horn, because totem is a 'constant' buff, When u cast horn there will be the sound and animation, it just will never show when ur under effect of a totem

Hmm. Ya learn somethin' new every day. :)
One thing I have noticed is if you are with a MM Hunter with Trueshot, your Abom Might will overwrite the aura while it is up. I believe this is due to the 2% strength increase we also receive from it. Once it fades, Trueshot pops right back up.
I'll have to try and pay more attention, but it definitely doesn't seem like AM is up on every Obliterate...
I kept thinking that AM was bugged because it always procced and refreshed on every Heart Strike whenever I was looking at it. :-\
