Quick ? if anyone knows.
If you have Spell Penetration on your items, does it only take away the current res or does it put it in the - so you do more dmg ?

I wouldn't quite say horrible. It's not great, but with the current skillsets available to folks, you'd want some when facing anyone with a MotW on them or any mage wearing mage armor(or specced Magic Absorption). For PvE, yeah, it's completely awful.
