Mutilate and HAT Bugs RemovedFollow

Well I was reading on some other forums the new 3.whatever patch notes, and it talked about how they are removing the HAT bug with the 5 rogues so it works normally every 1 second, and the Mutilate bug where the poison procs twice off of the fast OH.

Now I don't know if this is true, It seemed legit and I do believe it, regardless, do you think you will stay HAT or Mutilate w/ fastest daggers if these changes are made?
