Hey there guys, Im a holy pally and I just finished the quest inside of Utgrade Pinnacle Heroic. the rewards are those helms and I got healing one with the +61 int. Now I have the Titansteel one that BS's can make. Should I keep the new I just got cause of the int or keep the one I already have? Personally, I would use the one with the Int. Your HP and MP are VERY low in my opinion. I'd look to start replacing the the Titansteel and Saronite with items that boost my Sta/Int as well as your SP/Crit
Thanks, I thought about taking the Int one and wasn't too sure. Im in the process of replacing the other pieces. And I looked at the Holy today guide today too. Replaced a few pieces already an happy to see my mana go up a good bit.
Platehelm of Irate Revenge is a decent platform to build on - to do much better you're looking at heroic drops, Naxx-10, or championing your way to Exalted with Argent Crusade.
But yeah, one piece of titansteel or saronite is an extravagence that you can live with, but multiple pieces just gut your mana pool - and fights no longer last long enough for mp5 to make up the slack.
Your spellpower is fine, my advice would be look for diversification - target upgrades that give you +sp, +int, /and/ either crit or (failing that) haste. Get your mana pool approaching 20k unbuffed, and you can mix in a lot more (glyphed - 20y radius after the patch!) holy lights, and that will increase your throughput more than the same itemization worth of +sp, and ease mana worries to boot.
