Having a sub-perfect spec isn't generally what gets you labeled as a Huntard (although to some elitist jerks who think you have to play their way and their way only thats more than enough reason). It's more doing things you just plain shouldn't do and should have learned how not to do before grouping. Like having a pet break CC, or your pet causing a wipe by inviting a few other groups over to play.

But either way, yes, Aethien is more than likely my biggest influence on how I play my Hunter also :)
