Okay here is the question. If I can finally land my hands on the Seal of the Pantheon then what enchants if any could I possibly change out to gain more stamina?

ive tried getting this trinket for myself and 2 guildies. about 4-5 runs per drop. mine took 5. we had reg-hol down to 15 minute runs.

the def enchants are on the cloak, body, and bracers, so just swap those for their stam/fortitude/vitality equivalents. Or if you're like me get expertise or something else like that.

what is expertise for? I was told many moons ago it was for PvP.

Expertise reduces the target's chance to parry or dodge your attack.

Its decent as a dps stat, its amazing as a tank stat since you have no choice but to stand in front of the enemy.

(note well, enemies CAN dodge from behind)

yes, expertise is very sexy as a tank. raid bosses are typically reported to have about a 14-15% chance to parry, so taking off as much of that as possible serves both a mitigation and a threat generation purpose. first off, youre lowering your chances of getting parry bombed (mitigation) and secondly you ensure that your skills land more often (threat gen).
