Specific Question About Gear + SpecFollow

PLEASE NOTE: I want the BEST PVE SPEC FOR MAX DPS, Without Using HAT.

Right now, I am using http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=37631;source=live MH, http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=37181;source=live OH. Specced 15/51/5 with the close quarters combat spec (+5% crit chance with fist and dagger).

Now, I just saved up 50 badges. So I want to know, should I by http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=40702;source=live
and use it + http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=37181;source=live and use mutilate build *If So, Which Build exactly*

Or should I keep going combat with this fist and use that epic dagger as the off - hand?

Or should I buy http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=40703;source=live and use Fist MH that that Epic Sword OH till I find a decent MH, going Combat Swords.

Please list the one I should go for, for max 10 man/25 Man DPS Without going HAT. I know what HAT is, if I want to go that I will. I don't know much about it so. Unless It is BY Far somehow the best build out there (I've heard it's only good with 5 rogues in 1 group).
