Here is my Armory. Im currently working on upgrading my gear through heroics and Naxx10, but im unlucky with drops. Im wondering what i should try to upgrade first, or if I equipped something thats just not right? Im currently working on the belt from UK.
Also Ive been looking at specs. Im thinking about dropping the shapeshifter talents from resto and finishing off a couple talents in feral and getting Imp GotW. Maybe Im worrying too much about being the best tank I can be. But no matter how many compliments or insults I get, I still feel that i may be missing something or that I can improve on what I already have.
Any suggestions, critisism, or advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I've been working on a feral offset myself, here's my ideas. You are on the right track with UK. Keep running that for the belt. I had pretty good luck, but for example a hunter in my group ran it 15 times and the crossbow wouldn't drop for him.
When I was collecting gear I was going for beefy stamina, so take that into account. You may want to get the "Titanium Frostguard Ring". It has 100 stamina and a gem slot as well. It's a JC pattern and could be hard to find though. I went with the "Polar Boots" for my feet, just because they had the highest stamina I could find, those are crafted too.
I would think about saving Emblems of Heroism for the T7 gloves because the "Handwraps of Preserved History" are getting a nerf in the next patch, but that might be something of minor importance.
Also, the "Essence of Gossamer" from Heroic Azjul-Nerub is great!! Every bear tank I've chatted with is getting it. It's off the second boss. You gear is pretty good though, you've got some Naxx pieces and a bunch of epics, good luck!
Edit: I apologize for not linking the items, I still haven't figured that out. If you like my advice hook me up with a rate-up too. I've been trying to give some good gear advice in the hopes of seeing the "Good" or a high rating by my name someday!

Get out of the shape shifting talents too big of an investment for the pay off. Finish filling Natural Reaction and Infected Wounds, well IW depends on your raid comp TBH. The debuff can be brought from other classes so find that out before respecing. Primal Precision is a huge threat/mitigation boost, you should take it for any serious feral PvE build.
Those changes give you 1 point to put anywhere. So in theory you could drop to 4/5 Furor and get 2/2 IMotW. I have 3/5 Furor and while the rage doesn't always proc it is not like I am using my mana for anything else. I will go back and forth until I get the rage proc with out thinking twice about it at all.
I haven't gotten anything from Naxx 10 or 25 yet and it took about 2 weeks of running H UK daily to get the belt. So I feel your pain about that. On a positive side I ended up buying everything I could with badges rather quickly and am now spending them on resto gear. Also bought a Black Mammoth with all the Stone Keeper Shards I had as well.
Some of gear still has heroic upgrade options as well. Here is a gear list. Not sure what other heroics you are running but VH, GD and UK should be daily until you have the gear from them as they all drop 2-3 highly useful pieces. The efficiency of that depends on how optimistic you are about getting Naxx gear.

Well i just ran OS and again the T7 gloves dropped. I gave them to my wife the first time, and lost them to another druid tonight.. no big deal. 5 more emblems and I can buy the gloves. Then I ran UK and for the 20 something time in a row no belt.. but im persistant. Im sorry for your friend, 90% of the time its the xbow that drops. I did however get lucky and ran AN and got the essence of gossamer. Found out it took a guildie over 15 runs to get it.
How bad is the nerf on the gloves going to be? I guess now with the trinket I can afford to lose the stam. Thanks for the info on the gear and spec. I will be swapping points soon as I get home from work tomorrow.

Thanks for the info. Now I wont be so hesitant to get the T7 gloves. And thanks again for the spec advise. I switched my points around today and it seems to have helped a bit. Imp. MotW is so nice, I cant believe i passed it up for this long.
On a side note, I ran H UK again today before Naxx. We dropped Ingvar before he could get off a 2nd Dark Smash. I sat there for a couple minutes, said a little prayer and finally right clicked the corpse. 28 runs in total and the belt finally dropped. My guildies all cheered, more i think for the fact that we no longer have to run UK every day. I threw a belt buckle on it and use the 2 stam gems Ive been holding. Im now sitting at 30khp unbuffed 34.5% dodge and 25k armor in bear form. Oh and I also got the tank neck drop in naxx too. All in all was a great day for me.
