Go to Wowhead, from there go through tools to talent builds. Click what you like then at the top there is a "link this build option" copy and paste the url here. Much easier.

This I believe is the build specified.

This or something like it should be much better. There are some points you can move around for taste and dependent on your gear level, but it should be pretty cookie cutter.

Some quick explanations.

4/5 Frenzy is enough to keep it up near enough to 100% so as to make the 5th point not really worthwhile.

3/3 FI is important as BM as it's the only group buff you offer. However, if you always roll with a ret pally it becomes unneeded.

Careful Aim is a nice bump in AP.

BMT is pretty much the most worthless 51 point around.

Aimed shot isn't really worthwhile as BM.

GftT is pretty huge increase in pet dps.

You don't want to get your hit from Focused Aim if you can avoid it as it doesn't transfer to pets.

Something notable I'm not really sure about is the math between 3/3 longevity and 1/3 Cobra Strikes vs 1/3 Long and 3/3 CS. If somebody has a more in depth understanding on this please correct me. I'd be curious on the math on it. Off the top of my head I'd suspect that 3/3 CS would tend to favor cats while longevity would be better with scorpids.

Edit: FI not FA.

Edit 2: On second thought you should really pretty much always get FI anyway. You can't buy anything particularly significant with those points and some redundancy in buffs isn't a bad thing. Everybody eats an accidental death every once in a while and if it's the ret pally you're now missing your 3% damage buff. Plus theirs is based on an aura and as such has a limited range.
