and also this second build is the one I am using now. I am wanting to respec, but stick with marksman. I am pretty happy with my gear and have a shiny razorstrike Chest guard waiting in my bank for me.

What are you trying to do? If you want to raid your build sucks. If you are just going to be a casual player and you do not care about your dps then do whatever. If you want to PvP your build still sucks.
Not to sound like an ***, but, for the casual player who is just having fun build isnt all that important. however if you want to raid, and maximize your dps then it becomes very vital. So, tell us what you plan on doing and then we can help more.

I'm no genius when it comes to builds but I will try to help you a little. If you use your hunter mostly to solo and farm, your build is ok. Now if you plan on raiding I can suggest a couple changes. To maximize your dps, you don't need Endurance training nor do you need the thick hide. If you are doing your job in group fights, and the tank is doing his, you should not be getting hit often except the occasional AoE, and hunter gear has a lot of stam so health shouldn't be an issue. If you prefer to stay with a MM build, I would put points in Focused Aim. This will allow you to drop hit rating to around 5% and not miss, then you can increase other stats such as AP, crit, etc. Another talent to put points in is Focused Fire and get the increased damage from your pet. Me personally, the remaining 3 points I would throw into improved arcane shot then perhaps take the 3 points from unleashed fury and put those into improved stings. There are probably other changes that could be made, I'm no pro but those are improvements I would consider.

Now that I am fast approaching end game, as it were, I am wanting to do raids and instances, primarily, and PVP as a secondary. my normal hit is about 2k. my crits are pushing 3700. I am loath to go SV, and with the new build coming MM looks like the spec to be anyway.
Once the final patch comes out I think that is what i am going to do. Although I want to keep Aspect mastery so Thick hide will have to stay. 30% AP is a big jump. That said here is a slightly different take on the previous one. My unbuffed Crit rate is 27.14%, when my Death knight's anguish triggers it goes up to about 34% ( usually a little to busy at the time to check the numbers.)
I do not use Arcane shot in my rotation. After marking, Serpent sting, aimed shot, steady shot,Chimera shot, concussive shot, kill shot (this is PVE)
or
mark, serpent sting, concussive shot, aimed shot, Chimera shot, spam steady shot, till Kill shot is available.(PVP)
These are all with single targets in mind.
multiple targets soloing or working with a good tank, I will drop explosive trap, multi shot, Volley, Volley, multi shot
clean up singles
these are just my guidlines. I do not have a hard fast rule. It is all subject to change based on situation.
Now that you have as much info as I can possibly put in here about how I am playing. Any suggestions.
I kind of like these changes, and may start hunting for a SV build once I hit 80 just to see what it is like, or wait till they come out with dual spec.
