I respecced enhance to level and have found that the nifty new snare-break, earthen power, seems bugged for my toon. I haven't PvPed yet but even while questing in dragonblight found lots of mobs would snare me and my EB totem would do nothing. (And yes, I waited for it to pulse.)
Anyone else have similar experiences?

I just want to make sure before we entertain this idea any further; you were trying to break a snare, right? You know it doesn't work on roots or anything else.
It also doesn't work on the daze effect.
