this DK spell [Corpse Explosion] can be used for fun in a town if corpses? many guys said yes

Cause a corpse to explode for 82 Shadow damage to all enemies within 20 yards. Will use a nearby corpse if the target is not a corpse. Does not affect mechanical or elemental corpses
but in a town i gues i cant make a corpse, for example dismissing my ghoul or using dust or something, right?

The Corpse Explosion ability works on dead mob bodies lying on the ground. You can't actually dismiss your ghoul for one thing and it's not treated as a "corpse" as such. Try the ability out. Go and kill a creature and use Corpse Explosion on it. It simply makes a body, which is already laying there, explode - blowing chunks of body around as its animation.
For it to work in a city, I'm guessing you'd need to have players of the opposite faction be dead on the ground. Or try killing a rat and exploding its corpse. But you can't make corpses with this ability.

Purely as a minor point, you can if it is the perma-ghoul, just by right-clicking on it's icon and clicking "Dismiss".

Right? im wonder if he is strong enough in fights, god damage or something, didnt tested
