Ok, this is a question and a bit of a rant. So don't say I didn't warn you.

I was pvping on my druid which is balance and I'm having the most amount of trouble against death knights who have AMS up. I can't root them down and my only real chance to get them off of me is typhoon but that is rather useless after they DG me back or just come back to me my only form of survival is to try and kite them until its up or try and get off cyclone before they tear my face off.

A large part of me thinks AMS is just a bit too OP (please mind my QQ here). But on the other hand w/o AMS how does DK really fair against casters that can keep them snared down?

AMS only last 5 sec, and has a CD.

AMS is hardly OP. Even glyphed it's only a 10s duration, and unless they're Unholy they still take 25% damage.

Best thing you can do is use travel form and kite while AMS is up.
