First up, my armory link. I have never before been one or even remotely considered it. I do not particularly like it (being constrained to a mana pool is not really my thing), but it's going to get my foot into the raiding door in Wrath, so it's worth a shot. I am a somewhat experienced and competent bear, just for some background. My guild is short ranged DPS, good on tanks, melee DPS and OK on healers.
I hit 80 just before Christmas. I ran my very first level 80 heroic just the other day. I have been using the gearing guides here as well as some other sites, in particular EJ. While my gear is not spectacular after starting with old 70 resto gear, it has improved drastically through some cheap BOEs and a few quest rewards. My main concern is having a good mana and damage efficient rotation (I am specced 3/3 Eclipse) which I can optimize on the training dummies (some of the best items in the game, IMO). After a few rounds on the dummies, the longest I've been able to go without using a mana pot is just shy of 3 mins 30 seconds (including a self-used glyphed Innervate). I'm holding about 1650-1700 single-target DPS without any elixir/flask or well-fed food and just my own Improved Mark. That seems low to me, but is it?

I am using for glyphs:
Major - Moonfire
Major - Innervate
Major - Starfire
Minor - Unburdened Rebirth
Minor - Wild
Minor - Challenging Roar (don't ask, probably because there really aren't any other minors?)

you can use glyph of thorns it makes thorns last for an hour

and as for your mana issues you could put points into dreamstate and that chould make a big difference

Ok so far from what I've seen the biggest thing to optimize your dps is you need a higher crit rate. So keep your hit rating where its at, and try to start supplementing in the sp/crit/haste.

Your spec looks good, so no worries with that. The only thing I would possibly chance is the 2 in Nature's Focus be put into Imp MotW. Just incase you run a 10 man w/o a druid healer or something.

Your glyphs I would personally lose the roar one for thorns, but like you said there isnt much for minors. For the major glyph once your crit rate is high enough you'll notice your mana effeciency start to get better and you can probably then switch innervate for IS since it'll add more damage. But also it's a situation thing because if your tank gets hit more than he should, you can definately keep innervate and do less damage but you still have your 2% chance to miss with IS.

Edit: Had to edit some spec info.

I would keep the Innervate. The minor glyph is always "whatever". Not that usefull anyway.
About your build, if you have a Shadow Priest in your raid (or IIF), Heroic Presence buff, and Balance of Power max'd out, you are hit capped with 238 hit rating. So, right now, you have a litlle bit of too much hit (unless, of course, those conditions are not true).
Nature's Reach its an ok talent, but nowadays is really rare to see a tank lose threat in raids or heroics(at least, I rarely see it happening). So you could think about changing those 2 points to another place.
Dreamstate/Intensity....I think you have too much. I rarely go OoM and I use the Innervate in a Shammy healer my guild has and I have 1 in Dreamstate and 2 in Intensity.
Celestial Focus may see like a minor thing, but it actually is really great. 3% more haste is huge. Meaning, if you have 2% haste, you jump to 5%! Its really that great. And math around shows that, nowadays, haste is more important than crit for boonkins.
I guess that's it. The gear will get to you once you start raiding.
If you wanna take a look, I'm a boonkin too and my armory is in my sig. I do around 3k dps in naxx. Not great yet, but I think its pretty good for my gear.

I know I'm good on hit. My guild is currently running 10-mans so I'm not really speccing, gearing or gemming into anything that I'm going to have available. I'm assuming none of it will be available (which is highly unlikely none of it will, but Murphy dictates something will go wrong) and trying to make the most of what's available to me. The threat reduction is partially because of my guild's supply of warrior tanks (who generate the least multi-target threat) and my itchy Hurricaine button. As I can back off of hit, I've got a few things to swap in that's got haste or crit on them instead.
