Hey I was thinking of starting back up my pally because I love them (just been busy with other things). Normally I play a resto shaman so I have no plans of going holy. But I plan on tanking. I am deciding on lvling my 54 human pally or 44 BE pally (don't ask why I have 2 because even I don't remember) but eaither way I cannot decide what spec to level as. My human is probably the one I will be lvling and he was prot for a good amount of time but is ret now, I was wondering what spec seems to be the best to level with?
I know that if I plan to tank prot would be good so I get a good feel for the class but right now i'm more concerned about just leveling as best I can. Any help would be great thanks.

If you plan to instance level and learn the ropes of tanking, then prot is the way to go, otherwise ret will get you through the quests a bit quicker.
I'd level as whatever spec you want to raid as. All specs can level very well.
