Quick question: swipe scaling with APFollow

Heya,

I was wondering something. Somewhere in the back of my head is a scaling factor with attack power for swipe of 15%. Is this still correct? I was unable to quick-find this info, sorry.

The attack power scaling for swipe is AP/15
