Not really an accomplishment but still was a tough fight and I almost died twice! I tell you what that Hogger guy is something else.

Was ganked by a 73 Rogue while questing in Nagrand. I was 65 at the time. Got her down to about 1/3 health before she finished me off. She didn't expect me to go ghoul on her and I took her down. She acutally came back to appologize for trying to gank me.
Finished my 4pc T7 DPS set (have both DPS and Tank now)

My Dad and Stepmom lived there for awhile.
Today I managed to hit 537 Defense and I off-tanked 10-man VoA. Considering it was my first DK raid and a PuG at that, I feel pretty good.

I'm a tank, it's what I've done on my only two characters to ever reach level cap - warrior at 60 and 70, now DK at 80.
Nevertheless, I have been to heroics and VoA as DPS - given that we rely on keeping threat largely by doing damage, it's not such a stretch.
On Topic: MT'ed VoA25. Not the biggest accomplishment, but I was happy with it. This was actually one of the times that I was asked to do DPS. I joined as a tank, then the RL /w's me "we're gonna get XXX and YYY to tank instead, you dps".
I pointed out that YYY was in fact a Fury Warrior, and was told "yeah, but he has tanking gear".
I decided to stick in the raid, just for fun.
3 wipes later due to YYY not knowing how to tank in general, and the tactics for this fight specifically, I /w'd the RL, said "you want me to tank now?" and we downed the guy ~4 minutes later.
I would have dropped group straight away after the first /w, but I had nothing better to do, and I can afford a few repair bills.

True to form my raid only gets serious about achievements when there is a time pressure so we're trying to wrap up the raiding ones we haven't finished yet so we can haz drakes. So....

Just finished an alt-run of 10-man Malygos and Naxx. Maly was as my DW spec, but I won Black Ice and used it to tank Naxx.
Everything was going fine. I didn't really do much as the OT. The MT was far better geared, so I was pretty much just there for gimmicks. We finally get to Kel'Thuzad, and still everything's going fine. At about 10%, the MT died to a void zone and I managed to have enough threat left over that he came to me without even noticing.
I tanked both adds (with 15 stacks of Blood Tap at the end) and KT for the last 10%, and died at the same moment he did.

Got my tanking cloak from 10 man Naxx. A bunch of other drops from there that went to everyone else, that was pretty much my first Naxx run as a tank. Was pretty easy. My Def is at 550 now, I'm just trying to balance hit points. I don't have any of the tier tanking set (My rolling luck is horrible). Oh well, I'll try again today.
Insomnia strikes: Kizmeiz Jenkins.... easily solo-able at 80. So if you're missing it, take 30 min, and a taxi, and kill some whelps =)

Well, I feel the need to share an epic (to me at least) DK tanking moment.
I got asked to tank a PUG group of mostly new low 70's players for reg. Old Kingdom (I'm lvl 76 at this time). I figured yeah sure I am trying to get used to tanking as a DK. So, through the first few trash mobs and we are at the first boss, Elder Nadox.
since this is the first time through for most of these guys i explain what to expect and then we get to it. For most of the fight everything is going fine. Until, towards the end the Healer takes a couple of crits from the adds and goes down.
I'm having my oh **** moment, but we are real close to downing this boss. So, we finish off the last of the guardians, but we loose two of our dps'ers to more adds.
So, there we are the boss is almost down, I've only got a sliver of life and our last Hunter dps'er, and I'm burning all my mitigation abilities trying to burn Nadox down before I bite it.
Then, finally with about 100 hp left Nadox goes down! And shortly afterwards our hunter says, "OMG, DK's are so OP. But right now I am glad they are!".
So, yeah that moment of razor edge just need one more dodge so i can finish the f*&ker off was just great. And after that we went on to finish OK with no problems, and even did 3 other instances with no problems or wipes. I feel like I am finally getting the hang of this DK tanking stuff.

In the quest The Iron Colossus my pet died leaving the giant with 10k health. I soloed him the rest of the way down.

I had a great trip with this too.
when i went to kill him an Ally was already on him and the Colossus was grey so i decided to help him a bit but even then he died and then the Colossus switched to me with about 15% HP so I finished him and it validated the quest :)

I've had some ridiculous runs in AB/WSG this week.
Stuff like 26 KBs, 1 death, 28 KBs, 2 deaths, etc. I even got one 36 KBs, 1 death. I died at about kill 17 though, so pretty much got completely screwed out of the Wrecking Ball (or whatever) achievement.
Still trying, though.

So I have 536 def as a 75 unholy DK, love tanking. Have ran a few instances as dps and just don't like it without all the aggro on me. have the complete tempered saronite set for my tanking gear, even though can't use some of it yet.
Still using a blue weapon after last night (tuning fork sword FTL) but I did a 10 man Malygos and landed 2nd DPS with mostly blues (a lot of it came from not failing at stacking DoTs in phase 3, but I was excited nonetheless.) I also hit 3000 DPS on Maexxna, so I'm still pretty excited. I picked up Hailstorm from Malygos since no one else wanted, but I think they are nerfing the main spec that uses 1 handers so... meh.
Dinged 80 this week, 2 minutes after level stepped into 25 man Voa as blood and on my terrible running laptop. With 0 experience ever raiding as a melee character hit around 1400 dps in quest blues and greens.
Headed to naxx 25 still in terrible gear, got a pair of gloves. Also hit up os 10 and 25, just got emblems and the bag.
All I need to do now is just gear myself up and start shooting for TV title.

1753 in 2s was pretty easy. Should get at least Rival this season.
In the past week, I've gotten:
T7.5 head, shoulders, chest, legs, Breastplate of Frozen Pain, Ruthlessness, Fool's Trial, The Jawbone, Sabatons of Sudden Reprisal, Hateful shoulders and hands, and Deadly ring.
Still need to farm the 120k honor for my Deadly boots/belt, and am about to get into a WG that Horde should win, giving me my Anvil of Titans (Mirror of Truth with 84 resil instead of 84 crit).
In the past week, I've gotten:
T7.5 head, shoulders, chest, legs, Breastplate of Frozen Pain, Ruthlessness, Fool's Trial, The Jawbone, Sabatons of Sudden Reprisal, Hateful shoulders and hands, and Deadly ring.

I had a night in Heroic Naxx that can only be described as sex on wheels. I got the trash mace, finally replacing my crappy blue sword (even though I missed out on Armageddon AND Betrayer, do'h), I picked up T7.5 chest and legs, epic boots from first boss in spider, and the Strength DPS ring (Ruthlessness?).
All in all, 5 items, and I walked away one happy @#%^ing Death Knight. My damage has gotten noticeably better and in a 25man VoA I did shortly after Naxx I was the second highest DPS with just over 3000 on Archavon. The Hunter that beat me was 3700 and pretty much full T7.5 so I'm kinda of getting a ***** now that I see my potential.

Double duty today in mostly guild runs of VoA and Sarth;
First Sarth run for the guild (and me), no drakes. I had fun. The one with the twilight portal you step into is pretty creative I think.
Only bad part came on Sarth; I was the OT and assigned to pick up the elementals. Second time they came, I got threat on them, then it was like "Where'd they go. Oh, they're behind me. And pissed." At this point I go splat.
The good thing is that we had enough damage on Sarth done so that it wasn't much of an issue when they went after the main tank.
No wipes at all.
Decent night.

Slight bump here, but with a decent accomplishment from me:
