so then something like this for end game raiding? http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=sVZ0xVA0uGteIRGogc
Personally, for raids I would drop Heart of the Crusader. Chances are fairly decent you'll have a ret pally in the group that will have that as part of a dps build, and there are potentially better uses for the talent points in a raid tank build. You could take those 3 points and put one into Improved Judgements (I highly, highly recommend doing so) and put the other two into Benediction, filling out Reckoning, or even put them into Stoicism.
With Seal of Vengeance the current tanking mainstay, Reckoning isn't as useful to prot pallies as it used to be. The next time I go into an easier heroic, however, I'm going to mess around with a seal rotation and see if Vengeance -> 5 stacks -> Righteousness until a few seconds before the Vengeance stacks fades and then restart the rotation can produce a noteworthy boost to threat without draining my mana pool. I know that in some fights, I'm taking so much healing that mana is never, never an issue, but some other fights have me OOM at a frightening rate. If you've got a packed threat rotation as it is, rotating seals might not be much of a benefit, but if I can make it work, Reckoning could be worth a serious boost.
Edit: Scratch that. Buffed with only RF and BoSanc, auto-attacks on Reanimated Crusaders in Icecrown with only SoV was doing roughly 700 tps (average). Rotating seals pushed the average up to 900. Even raid buffed, I'd say that rotating seals isn't really worth the effort for such a marginal gain. I'd rather toss a HoSalv on a dps that was pushing the line than try to keep a seal rotation going that would a) involve accidentally losing the 5-stack of SoV on the target b) bork my normal rotation c) suck mana faster than necessary and/or d) shift my focus from watching the battleground to watching the SoV stack timer. With that in mind, I'm going to review my talent build tomorrow and probably drop Reckoning altogether if I can.
