So I just started putting talent points into benediction but I don't see a reduction in casting cost of my instant cast spells. Has anyone else noticed this?
When you level up, the cost of all spells increases.
Did you check the cost of, say, Consecration just before and after you put in a point?

Oh, I see what you are saying. I didn't know that the cost of all spells when up as levels were gained. Thanks!
