Most pvp encounters are over with rather quickly, so the 2 points you have in Butchery would probably be better used in Bladed Armour, especialy since you also have Dirge in the unholy tree. With the shortness of battles in pvp, rune power generation should not be that big of an issue, considering that the runic power from Butchery comes at the death of your opponent, you should have already generated some from killing him in the frst place.
IMO, 7/11/53 is better for PVP than rune tap.

That's what I'm rolling with. Lichbourne is crooshul for PVP, and making your IT hit harder with the stacked spell damage buffs from UH on top of lichbourne is a nice bonus. Gargoyle is useless for PVP, wasted point. Since when you go UH you pretty much replace Oblit with Scourge Strike, and it's not very hard hitting to begin with, the points in Virulence are better spent in Outbreak. The points in Desecration are a personal preference thing, and depend on what comp you're playing with in arena. If you're already stun/imob heavy (UH/Mut, UH/Ret, UH/Drood, etc) it's not necessary. The damage buff is a nice bonus, but I fealt the points were better spent elsewhere. If you dont like rage/blight you could allocate those to desecration, but I wouldn't.
